If you do not want to receive email or text message notification from Birthday Calendar, I suggest you to turn it off. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Sign in to
https://calendar.live.com.
2. Click on Birthday calendar on the left section of the screen.
3. Calendar settings for Birthday Calendar will appear. Under “Turn notification on or off”, select both Get notifications and Get text message notifications.
4. On the bottom of the page, click Save button.
This will turn off email and text notification from your Birthday Calendar. If you do not want to turn off the notification, you still have the option to remove Facebook services from your account. However, anything related in your Facebook account will be disconnected from your Windows Live account once you perform this action. To remove or disconnect Facebook acount from your Hotmail account, refer to the instructions below:
1. Sign in to
https://home.live .com.
2. Under Messenger Social, click on the dropdown arrow beside Add link.
3. Select Manage my services.
4. Click on Edit.
5. Click on Remove this connection completely.
